In consideration of the services to be performed by (“Brokerage Firm”) and the commission to be paid by (“Owner”), the Parties hereto agree that Brokerage Firm shall have the exclusive right to market, advertise and procure a tenant for the Property described herein upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
