This EXCLUSIVE TERRITORIAL DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT is dated as of ____________ (the “Agreement”), between Elite Wheel Distributors, Inc., d/b/a Elite Wheel & Tire Warehouse, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, and having a principal place of business at 3901 Riga Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33619 (“Supplier”), and _______________, a corporation organized under the laws of _________, having its principal place of business at ___________________ (“Distributor”). Owner and Distributor are referred to herein collectively as “Parties” and each individually as a “Party.”
