THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement"), by and between COIL TUBING TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS, INC., a Nevada corporation, (referred to herein as the "Company"), and JERRY SWINFORD (referred to herein as "Swinford") is entered into this 1st day of July 2007 (the “Effective Date").
