THIS EXECUTIVE SERVICE AND SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 21st day of March, 2005, by and between ASSOCIATED BANC-CORP, a Wisconsin corporation (“Associated”), and DANIEL L. WESTROPE, an individual (the “Executive”).
