(“Corporation”) and Jill Soltau, its Chief Executive Officer effective October 15, 2018, a member of the Corporation’s executive team (the “Executive”). For the avoidance of doubt, this Agreement shall be of no force and effect prior to commencement of Executive’s employment with the Corporation.
