This application shall become an agreement between applicant and Easyriders Events for the use of said space under the following terms and conditions. Easyriders Events will assign exhibit space in accordance with an exhibitor’s stated preference, depending upon its availability. Exhibit fees per 10x10 booth will include: space rental, listing in the official show program, vendor camping, and 2 exhibitor wristbands per company. Location and wristbands will be given at check-in. Upon payment, all applicants will receive a confirmation.
