The National Quartet Convention (hereinafter referred to as NQC) hereby agrees to allow the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as Lessee} the amount of Exhibit Space previously purchased from NQC at the LeConte Convention Center in Pigeon Forge, TN, from 8:00 am on Monday, September 23rd (Sunday, September 22nd optional), until the end of the Saturday, September 28th concert of the 2024 NQC in exchange for the purchase price previously paid AND as long as the Lessee abides by the following:
