The following contract for the conduct of an Expanded Learning Academy (hereafter referred to as “the ELA” or “the program”) is between NORTH VALLEY MILITARY INSTITUTE COLLEGE PREPARATORY ACADEMY (hereafter referred to as “the school” or “NVMI” or “the LEA” and LOS ANGELES MISSION COLLEGE (hereafter referred to as “the college” or “LAMC” or “the Community Based Organization” or “the CBO” for the period of January 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023. The intent of this contract is to ensure the continued successful operation of an NVMI Expanded Learning Academy, including the safety of children; alignment with school curriculum; successful operation following established policies and procedures; strong financial operations, communication between NVMI and LAMC; protection of school facilities; and coordination of schedules.
