(“Interconnection Customer”), the New York Independent System Operator, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York (“NYISO”), and a organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York (“Connecting Transmission Owner“). Interconnection Customer, NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner each may be referred to as a “Party,” or collectively as the “Parties.”
