EL 4392, with an area of 98 km2, was granted to Varuno Pty Ltd on 21/6/99. A joint venture agreement was entered into with Eastern Energy Australia Pty Ltd on 26/10/2000 and with Eastern Energy Australia Pty Ltd and Eastern Star Gas Ltd on 17/1/2001. A partial relinquishment of 26 km2 was carried out on 17/4/03 and another 32 km2 was relinquished on 3/6/05. Following conversion to GDA 94 on 1/7/05 the area became 64 Gs. The licence was surrendered in full on 14/6/12.
