Virtual EXPO Agreement 2020 Exhibitors will abide by and be subject to the following agreement as a condition for acceptance as an exhibitor at the Women’s EXPO. 1. I am the owner of the business that either produces or distributes the products displayed in my virtual booth.2. I will be available virtually, representing my work, and will not sublet virtual exhibit space to another business or entity.3. I understand that the promoter reserves the right to remove, without refund or recourse, any exhibitor who misrepresents herself or her product.4. I agree to comply with all local and state regulations.5. I will obtain all tax, vendor, or other permits as required by local or state authorities at my own expense.6. Once accepted, I agree to pay the amount of $75 for a virtual booth that will be available for set-up beginning November 15, 2020. The space will be active through August 31, 2021.7. The set-up for exhibitors starts at 07:00am on the day of the expo. Unless pre-arranged all companies must exhibit for the duration of the Connectin Business Expo and for Health and Safety reasons must not attempt to break down or remove items from the venue until the event closes at 14.00.
