This Extended Local Partnership Agreement (ELPA) reports, also, the information required by the Scottish Executive for the Joint Future Performance Information and Assessment Framework (JPIAF) for 2003-04. (For ease of reference JPIAF tables are submitted together as Annex) Part of JPIAF, JPIAF 11, is a new performance indicator for a local joint performance assessment framework. As well as proposing the framework for Aberdeenshire, the ELPA sets out a proposed Grampian-wide framework, the result of collaboration between Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen City and Moray Councils and NHS Grampian. This reflects the co-operation and joint working across council areas that has been a feature of Joint Future developments in Grampian, for instance on single shared assessment, and a contributor to successful implementation.
