THIS EXTENDED USE LICENSE AGREEMENT (together with the exhibits attached hereto, the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on the 9th day of January, 2015, (the “Effective Date”) between SMG, a Pennsylvania general partnership (“SMG”), and PBC NBADL, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“TEAM”). SMG and TEAM are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the "Parties". Each of the Parties may be referred to herein singularly as a "Party".
