Goserco, Inc. offers the following contract and conditions for extended warranty protection for, and covered services performed on, the listed equipment* installed at Minot Central Dispatch and Minot Police Department. All parties agree to abide by the terms specified by this contract.

LEX Services Inc.’s (LEX) warranty covers the same as the original manufacturer's warranty coverage, subject to the provisions/exclusions specified at the back of this Contract.

• This LEX Services Inc. (LEX) Extended Warranty can only be used after the expiration of the original warranty period provided by the manufacturer or official Philippine distributor, as indicated in this Contract. This Extended Warranty does not apply to parts within the coverage of the manufacturer’s or other providers’ special parts warranty or extended warranty, and during the effectivity period thereof.
