At this time, due to issues to be resolved in connection with the Property referenced above, the sale of the herein reference property, set for , as provided for in the Agreement to Purchase and Sell (“Agreement”), cannot take place as scheduled. Therefore, both parties hereby agree to extend the time for closing until , but no later. All other terms of the referenced Agreement remain unchanged.
