This Agreement sets out the Terms of Service (the "Terms") on which our service provider and Bangor Savings Bank will provide and you may use the Service and forms part of a legally binding agreement between you and Bangor Savings Bank. Your application may be accepted or declined by our service provider and/or Bangor Savings Bank based on specific criteria. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you will not be entitled to use the Service.
