This Agreement is entered into effective as of the ____ day of ___________ 202X (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (“MIT”), a Massachusetts non-profit corporation, which operates MIT.nano, and NAME (“User”), company location and type. When used in this Agreement, “Party” refers to either User or MIT, as the context dictates, and “Parties” refers to User and MIT jointly.

This External User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of the (the “Effective Date”) by and between ST. CHARLES HEALTH SYSTEM, INC. a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Oregon, on behalf of itself and its wholly owned subsidiaries and affiliates whose principal place of business in 2500 NE Neff Road, Bend Oregon 97701 (“St. Charles”), User (as defined below), and Authorized User’s employer, (“Entity”). St. Charles, Authorized User, and Entity may be referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties.”

Calendar time booked for a spectrometer will be compared to actual usage time. Time booked on the calendar and not removed will still be charged to the user as time reserved prevents another from accessing the machine.
