This EXTERNAL WEBSITE SALES AGREEMENT (the“Agreement”) is by and between 4LIFE RESEARCH COLOMBIA, LLC (“4Life”) and Distributor indicated below. This Agreement is in addition to the Distributor Application and Agreement by and between Distributor and 4Life, which incorporates by reference 4Life’s Policies and Procedures and 4Life’s Life Rewards Plan (sometimes referred to herein as the singular name, or together as the “DAA”). The terms of the DAA are incorporated herein by reference. Should anything in this Agreement conflict with the terms and provisions of the DAA, the terms of the DAA will prevail. The capitalized terms in this Agreement are defined in the DAA. For purposes of this Agreement, “External Website” refers to a Distributor’s own personal website, or other web presence that is used for Distributor’s 4Life business, but which is not hosted on 4Life’s servers and has no official affiliation with 4Life.
