This Addendum (the “Extranet Addendum”) is made as of the date of execution indicated on the signature page hereof (the “Effective Date”) by and between TriAct Canada Marketplace LP (“TCM”), operating as “MATCHNow,” and the Access Vendor referenced below on the signature page (“Access Vendor”). Terms not defined in this Addendum shall have the meanings set forth in that certain Network Connectivity Agreement executed by and between TCM and Access Vendor, as may be amended from time to time (the “Network Connectivity Agreement”).
