In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the matter of Facilities Agreement and Deed of Assignment of Sale and Purchase Agreement (1st Party) both Dated 6th October 2021 and Sale and Purchase Agreement Dated 12th May 2021, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignors and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Assignors/Borrowers and Mitraland Cheras Sdn Bhd (‘the Vendor”), it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
