This filing is related to the sale by the City of Pella (“Pella”), an original WSEC-4 Transmission owner, of its interest in WSEC-4 Transmission to several current WSEC-4 Transmission owners. MidAmerican’s participation in this transaction as a purchaser was approved by the Commission on November 1, 2011 in Docket EC11-123-000. The other purchasers are Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska (“MEAN”), City of Cedar Falls (“Cedar Falls”), City of Spencer (“Spencer”), City of New Hampton (“New Hampton”), City of Montezuma (“Montezuma”), City of Alta (“Alta”), City of Sumner (“Sumner”), and City of West Bend (“West Bend”). The ownership transfer transaction closed on November 1, 2011.
