This FACILITIES SUBLEASE, dated as of March 1, 2012 (this “Sublease”), is made by and between INLAND EMPIRE PUBLIC FACILITIES CORPORATION, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (the “Sublessor”), as sublessor, and the COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO (the “Sublessee”), a political subdivision of the State of California (the “State”), as sublessee.
