MULCH SITE (“Agreement”) is made as of the 1st day of August, 2023 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Village of Bald Head Island, a North Carolina municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Village”), and Island Contracting, Inc., a North Carolina corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor” and together with Village referred to as the “Parties” or each individually as a “Party”).
