This Facilities Use License Agreement (“License”) is made by and between the Board of Trustees of Community College District No. 508, County of Cook and State of Illinois on behalf of Kennedy-King College (hereinafter “Licensor”), a body politic and corporate, and the Board of Education of the City of Chicago, a body politic and corporate, commonly known as Chicago Public Schools located at 42 W.
