In exercising the rights and powers conferred upon the Assignee/Bank under the Facility Agreement (Individual) and Deed of Assignment (Property) both dated 26th day of September, 2013 entered into between the Assignee/Bank and the Assignor/Customer in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement entered into between Scudai Development Sdn Bhd (186319-X)(“The Vendor”) and Ho Kim Long (“The Purchaser”) dated the 22nd day of April, 2013 it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee with the assistance of the undermentioned Auctioneer.
