RENTAL AGREEMENT: Application for the use of the facility is subject to the following terms and conditions:Use of the Facility must comply with all applicable City bylaws and Federal and Provincial legislation. TERMS OF RENTAL Rental fees must be paid by cash in advance unless prior arrangements have been made with the Director of Recreation or his/her delegate in advance. Costs incurred due to a breach of any of the provisions of this agreement or damage caused by members of the rental party, including the cost of cleaning, will be charged to rental group. CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Notice of cancellation must be done 48 hours in advance to the Director of Recreation or his/her delegate. Failure to do so will result in obligations of payment. 2. The City of Iqaluit reserves the right to cancel a rental at any time necessary.
