In 2020, Lacombe County provided operational and capital support towards the Lacombe Performing Arts Centre. The Centre is owned and operated by the Lacombe Performing Arts Centre Foundation. Capital funding was provided under the County’s RC(1) Capital Support of Recreation & Cultural Facilities Policy and the operational support was provided under the County’s RC(2) Operating Support for Recreation and Cultural Facilities Policy. The County provided $13,000 in operational support in 2020.

AND WHEREAS the Foundation owns and/or operates a public cultural facility located at 5227 C&E Trail, Lacombe, Alberta (the Facility);

AND WHEREAS the Association and the County are desirous of entering into an agreement with respect to the County’s provision of operating support for the Facility;
