This 2011 Renewable Fixed Energy Price Amendment to the Power Purchase Agreement ("Amendment"), by and between Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a California corporation ("Buyer"), and Five Bears Hydroelectric, Inc. a California Corporation ("Seller"), is entered into as of the later of the signature dales found at the signature block, belo\v. Buyer and Seller are sometimes referred to in this Amendment individually as a "Party" and collectively a~the "Parties". Unless the context specifies or requires, any initially capitalized tenn used but not otherwise defined in this Amendment has the meaning given to such term in the Agreement (as defined In Recital A).
