This Facility Sales Agreement and Bill of Sale (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of July 30, 2021 (the “Execution Date”) between Nueces County, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (“Purchaser”) and AEP Texas Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”).
