THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered this 20 day of May, 2024 (“Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF DORAL, Florida, a Florida municipal corporation whose address and principal place of business is 8401 NW 53rd Terrace, Doral, Florida 33166, (the “City”), and ADT COMMERCIAL LLC, an active, Foreign Limited Liability Company authorized to do business in Florida whose address and principal place of business is 1501 Yamato Road, Boca Raton, Florida 33431 (the “Contractor”). The City and Contractor may be individually referred to as a “Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
