THIS USE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of February, 2020, by and between the CITY OF WOODLAND, a California municipal corporation (“City”), and the YMCA of Superior California, a California nonprofit corporation (“YMCA”), on the terms and conditions set forth below. City and YMCA may individually be referred to in this Agreement as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
