This Attorney-in-Fact Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective this 24th day of December, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between TOWER HILL INSURANCE EXCHANGE, a Florida reciprocal insurance exchange (“Tower Hill Exchange”), and TOWER HILL RISK MANAGEMENT, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Tower Hill Risk Management”). The offices of Tower Hill Risk Management will be located, together with the principal offices of Tower Hill Exchange, at 7201 N.W. 11th Place, Gainesville, Florida 32605, but may be changed upon notice to the subscribers of Tower Hill Exchange (each a “Subscriber” and, together, the “Subscribers”) and in compliance with the requirements of the laws of the State of Florida. Tower Hill Exchange and Tower Hill Risk Management may each be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”

The PRM offices will be located together with PURE's principal offices, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, but may be changed upon notice to the Subscriber and in compliance with the requirements of the state of Florida.
