This Factoring–i Agreement ("Agreement") is made on the date stated in Item 1 of the First Schedule between Orpheus Capital Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1369122-U), a company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 2016 and having its registered office at C-4, Taman Tunku, Bukit Tunku, 50480 Kuala Lumpur (“ Factor”) and the customer whose particulars are described in Item 2 of the First Schedule (“Customer”).
