and other reports for which he/she is responsible; participation in assessment ofstudent learning outcomes (SLO assessment results for individual instructors will not be included); fulfillment offlex time obligations, fulfillment ofinstitutional service as outlined in Article X, Section H, and shall include a self-reflective narrative statement regarding non-instructional duties. This narrative statement should address institutional service and how the faculty member fulfills this obligation. Other non-instructional duties for which a faculty member receives reassigned time should be explained in the narrative. Elective and representative duties can only be discussed for non-evaluative purposes. Discussion of duties associated with other reassigned time cannot form the basis for a needs improvement determination. Any other discussion ofthe report is limited by the scope ofthe evaluation.

* Per Article 10.2.1 of the SMCFA-SMCCD Agreement: “The…provision shall apply to: (a) any faculty member who switches coverage from PERSCare to PERS Choice during the 2012 open enrollment period; (b) any faculty member who had PERSCare in 2012 and switches to PERS Choice in a subsequent year; (c) any faculty member who had PERS Choice in 2012; and (d) to any retired faculty member receiving early retiree supplemental benefits as of January 01, 2013.”
