Contract Type FiledDecember 21st, 2008Failure to develop or sign an FIA shall result in denial of the family’s application for public assistance, as described at 441—paragraph 41.24(4)“c.” Participants who choose not to enter into an FIA or who choose not to continue its activities after signing an FIA shall enter into the limited benefit plan (LBP) as described at 441—subrule 41.24(8). Those who choose not to enter into the FIA and who have filed Form 470-3826, Request for FIP Beyond 60 Months, shall be denied FIP as described at 441—paragraph 41.30(3)“e.”
