This contract is designed to keep everyone safe in the family. All permanent members of the resource family will sign this agreement. One Family Safety Contract will be done for each client placed in the home. The only client signature on each individual contract should be the signature of the individual to whom it pertains. This contract lists the rules for living together safely in this family, for respecting the rights of others, and for ensuring the personal safety for everyone. Your signature on the bottom acknowledges that these rules have been discussed with you, that you understand these rules, that you will abide by them, and that you will help other children in this family to comply with these rules as well.
