BEFORE SIGNING, PLEASE NOTE: This Agreement outlines rights and responsibilities arising from placement in a Fanshawe College Student Residence. This Agreement refers to the student as the “applicant/student” or “the resident”, as the context may require. However, it binds both the student and the parent/guardian or guarantor, both of whom are committing to this residence agreement for the entire period covered by this Agreement, and agreeing to pay, without refund, the sums payable under this Agreement, even if the student ceases to be eligible for continued residence, withdraws from the College or ceases, for any reason, to be registered in a full time program at the College. This Agreement also contains a limitation on the liability of Fanshawe College in the event of loss or injury.
