The Parties have entered into this Master Agreement (“the Agreement”) in order to govern all their present and future transactions on forward financial instruments, to assume them under a single agreement, and to benefit from the relevant legislative and regulatory provisions, in particular Article L. 431-7 of the Monetary and Financial Code.
