Molter Road, Liberty Lake, WA 99019 and Town of Apex, an entity organized under the laws of North Carolina, having an address at 73 Hunter Street, Apex, NC 27502 ( “Customer”) and is effective as of the date of the last signature (the “Effective Date”).
