All Feathered Hook Fishing Club (“Feather Hook”) members agree to comply with these rules and regulations when they sign their membership agreement. Failure to adhere to the following regulations can result in membership termination and, in the case of trespass, criminal prosecution. Feathered Hook reserves the right to change any of its rules and regulations at any time. All such changes will be made effective when published on the Feathered Hook app or website, or through other means of written communication to its members. Members are responsible for checking the Feathered Hook app and website for updates immediately prior to fishing on Feathered Hook properties.
