This Memorandum of Agreement is entered into between Theatrical Wardrobe Union, Local #764, IATSE (hereinafter referred to as “Local #764" or “the Union”), on the one hand, and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (hereinafter "AMPTP") on behalf of those Producers listed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto (each hereinafter respectively referred to as the "Employer" and collectively referred to as the "Employers"), on the other hand.
