This project will be partially funded by FEMA and as such shall comply with all FEMA requirements as set forth herein as well as within the Federally-Funded Subaward and Grant Agreement, Agreement Number H0453, Project Number 4337-345-R, and any subsequent grant agreement modifications (“Grant Agreement”). Contractor must carefully review and become familiar with the Grant Agreement conditions that govern this Construction Contract (“Contract”).
