In accordance to article 4.2 - Architects Additional Services of the AIA Document B101 Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect, we are submitting this Fee Amendment No. 3 with a summary of the circumstances that require an adjustment in our compensation for the project. As the project approaches completion there are certain mechanical and electrical systems that need to be commissioned to meet the current energy codes. There are also best practice commissioning options beyond the code minimum that are recommended. See attached Proposal for Commissioning Services from IMEG dated June 7, 2021. The total fee for the selected commissioning services is $66,300.

Capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Fee Letter.
