FEI hereby applies, pursuant to section 44.2, 59 to 61 and 89 of the Utilities Commission Act, for approval from the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) for capital expenditures and the rates established in the Amending Agreement No. 2 to the CNG Fueling Station Installation and Operating Agreement between FEI and Waste Management (Amending Agreement No. 2), effective February 1, 2020. Amending Agreement No. 2 facilitates expansion of the Waste Management CNG fueling station required to accommodate Waste Management’s increased capacity requirements.
