This Fellowship Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by the United Nations Development Programme , a subsidiary organ of the United Nations, an intergovernmental organization established by its Member States, with its headquarters in New York, NY, USA (“UNDP”), and XXX2, a XXX3 based in XXX (the “Sponsoring Entity”). UNDP and the Sponsoring Entity are hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and jointly as the “Parties”.
