This attachment is expressly incorporated into the foregoing Agreement ( “Agreement”) between Larimer County (“County”) and , ( “Contractor”). The parties acknowledge that the Agreement is subject to the provisions of 2 C.F.R. Part 200 and the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq.). Nothing in the Agreement shall be construed as making it contingent upon FEMA’s approval or obligation of funds.
