This agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between AT&T Services, Inc., on behalf of its affiliate Indiana Bell Telephone Company, Inc., d/b/a AT&T Indiana (“AT&T”), and Vanderburgh County, Indiana (“County” or “Customer”) and made as of date of last signature (“Effective Date”). AT&T and Customer may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
