This Fiber Optic Sale and Maintenance Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and effective as of this day of , 2023, by and between ThinkBig Networks, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company with offices at 10807 Falls Road #1388, Brooklandville, Maryland 21022 ("ThinkBig”) and the County Commissioners of Charles County, Maryland, a body corporate and politic of the State of Maryland ("County”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
