This Field Administration Agreement (as the same may be supplemented, modified, amended, restated or replaced from time to time in the manner provided herein, this "Agreement"), effective as of December 1, 2014 (the "Effective Date"), is by and between SPAR Administrative Services, Inc., a Nevada corporation formerly known as SMSI and SPAR Management Services, Inc., and currently having its chief executive office at 333 Westchester Avenue, South Building, Suite 203, White Plains, New York 10604 (hereinafter called "SAS" or the "Contractor"), and SPAR Marketing Force, Inc., a Nevada corporation currently having its chief executive office at 333 Westchester Avenue, South Building, Suite 204, White Plains, New York 10604 (hereinafter called "SMF" or the "Company").
