Durham County Department of Social ServicesField Based Agreement • April 7th, 2021
This Agreement is in effect from 4/12/21 to 4/12/2022. It may be extended beyond this period if agreed to by DSS and the employee. If extended, this agreement should be reviewed and modified as necessary. This Agreement may be terminated at any time, by either DSS or the employee, with or without cause. If the employee requests termination of this Agreement, he/she will submit a written request to their supervisor.
